1. Publisher

Mboa Connection (mboaconnection.com) is published by ELK Consulting LTD, a company registered in Mauritius, Royal Road, Bain Boeuf, Pereybere. Contact: [email protected].

2. Purpose

Mboa Connection is a platform that lets users publish and browse listings for products and services and present professional pages. Unless stated otherwise, Mboa Connection is not a party to sales or services agreed between users and does not collect the price of those sales.

3. Account

  • Registration is free and reserved for adults with legal capacity.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the confidentiality of your password.
  • An account may be suspended for breach of these terms or the publishing rules.

4. Publishing

  • Listings must follow the publishing rules and the law of the country where the offer is made.
  • The seller guarantees that they are entitled to sell or provide what they offer.
  • Prices are shown in the currency chosen by the seller. Displayed conversions are indicative.
  • Mboa Connection may moderate, reject or remove any non-compliant content.

5. Paid offers

  • Subscriptions (Professional, Business Plus) and boosts are described on the Pricing page. Prices may vary by country.
  • On the web, payment can be made by mobile money (Fapshi, Cameroon) or by bank transfer confirmed manually. In the mobile apps, subscriptions are purchased via Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their terms.
  • A subscription is only activated once payment is confirmed. No business results are guaranteed.
  • Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled from the relevant store.

6. Advertising

Free accounts and visitors may see advertising provided by Google (AdSense on the web, AdMob in the apps). Sponsored listings from sellers are always labelled as such. Paying subscribers do not see third-party advertising.

7. Liability

Mboa Connection uses reasonable means to ensure availability and security, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Users remain responsible for their transactions, for checking goods and services, and for complying with tax and legal rules that apply to them.

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, subject to mandatory provisions of the user's country of residence.
