Reporting procedure

How to report

On every listing, professional page or seller profile, use the "Report" link. Choose a reason and add details. An optional contact email lets us keep you informed.

Handling

• Every report is recorded and reviewed by a moderator.
• Clearly illegal content is removed first.
• The seller concerned is told about the removal and its reason, and can appeal through support.
• All moderation decisions are recorded in an audit log.

Illegal content and authorities

For requests from an authority, write to [email protected] with the subject "Legal request".

Emergencies

In case of immediate danger, contact your country's emergency services first.
