Each advertiser is solely responsible for their content and offers.
Intellectual property
The Mboa Connection brand, name and logo, the visual identity, texts, illustrations and source code are the property of ELK Consulting LTD or its licensors and are protected in particular by the Mauritian Copyright Act 2014 and Industrial Property Act 2019 and by international conventions (Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement). Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
Content posted by users (texts, photos) remains their property; they grant ELK Consulting LTD the licence described in the Terms.
